Night Curfew In Pune From 6 PM – Pune Mayor Mohol Clarifies After Maharashtra Government’s Lockdown Order

Pune, 5 April 2021: Pune Mayor Murlidhar Mohol has clarified that night curfew in Pune will continue from 6 PM, even though the Maharashtra government has issued an order for curfew from 8 PM to 7 AM.
“According to the new restrictions announced by the state government, curfew restrictions have been announced from 8 PM to 7 AM, but there will be restrictions from 6 pm in Pune city. Citizens of Pune should take note of this”, he added.
Due to rising cases of Coronavirus disease (COVID19), Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has imposed a seven-day strict lockdown from April 3-9. The curfew is from 6 PM to 6 AM.
