Now Robotic arm to serve food at Pune airport
Pune – A Robotic arm assisted food dispensing outlet has come up at Pune Airport.
This machine is first of its kind installed at any of the Domestic Airport. This will enhance customer experience. There are various menu options available.
The outlet was inaugurated by Keshav Sharma, Regional Executive Director, Airports Authority of India, Western Region, Mumbai alongwith Ajay Kumar, Airport Director, Pune.
In this outlet the favourite food sourced from different city outlets will be available. It is state of art machine dispensing food as per choice of customer wherein customer can select the food on iPad connected to machine and paying the amount through his Debit/Credit card/cash and get the delivery from Robotic arm after heating in microwave oven. This machine is having separate oven for Veg and Non Veg food. The bill will be sent to customer’s mobile number in real time.
