Over 71,178 Students Secure Admission For 11th Class In Schools And Junior Colleges In Pune And Pimpri Chinchwad

Pune, 14th October 2021: About 71,178 students have taken admission so far during the admission process of class XI. As many as 37.1 per cent or 41,987 seats are still vacant under this admission process.

The central admission process is implemented for the 11th class admission in junior colleges in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporations. Under this process, about 89 thousand 529 students have registered for one lakh 13 thousand 205 seats in 317 colleges. So far, 69,299 students have been admitted under the three regular admissions rounds, a special round and the ongoing first come first serve (FCFS) round, while about 9,879 students have been admitted under the quota.

Admission round is being implemented for FCTS Admission Round for other students who have availed ATKT and passed 10th STD. The students of this round have been given time till Monday (18th) for admission to the concerned college and the details of the remaining vacancies will be announced on the same night.
