Paragliding, Hot Balloon Flights Restricted During PM Modi’s Visit To Pune
Pune, 4th March 2022: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Pune on 6th March to launch various developmental projects including Pune Metro.
In the backdrop of the VVIP’s movement, District Collector Dr Rajesh Deshmukh has issued an order that all the paragliding activities and hot balloon flights will be restricted.
The restriction will begin at midnight of 5 March and will last till midnight of 6 March. The decision has been taken to maintain the security of the Prime Minister and all other VVIPs who will accompany him.
Legal action will be taken against anyone who violates the order under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, the order states.
