Pate Developers ventures into land development segment

Pune, January 19: City based real estate concern Pate Developers has now ventured into land development segment of real estate business. It has joined hands with Prabodh Group to launch‘Countryside’, its first residential bungalow project at Sangarun, Near Splendour Country Club, ahead of Peacock Bay. This was announced by Yogesh Pate, Director – Pate Developers during a Press Conference held in the city today.

Mohan Gujarathi, Founder, Prabodh Group, B. K. Pate, Chairman, Pramod Wani, Executive Director and  Rambhau Dimbale, Director, Prabodh Group were also present on the occasion.

Founded by the alumni of well-known Dnyan Prabodhini School, Prabodh Group is operational in various businesses. Surplus funds generated from the group’s business activities are offered to the school as Guru Dakshina to maintain financial autonomy of the school.

Speaking on the occasion Yogesh Pate said, “We are indeed happy to foray in the land development segment and are delighted to partner with Prabodh group in our first venture. Everyone dreams of having a weekend home nestled in the nature but is scared of difficulties in land dealings with issues like zone and title. “One of the most important highlights of ‘Countryside’ is its zone. The piece of land on which it is coming up comes under the ‘R Zone’ (residential zone) thus would get One FSI and would have the name of a purchaser mentioned on 7/12 extracts”, he added.

“Prabodh Group has been in the segment of land development and has successfully undertaken projects of Industrial Plotting in the past. With this tie-up we are happy to foray in residential plotting business”, said Mohan Gujarathi, Founder of Prabodh Group.

“Countryside is coming up at a place that has Sahyadri range to its one side and Khadakwaslabackwater to the other.  It has 61 plots of sizes ranging between 2900 sq. ft. and 4500 sq. ft. with a bungalow of 1300 sq. ft. There would be a few plots which are available without a bungalow option”, he added.

‘Countryside’ will not only come up at most picturesque location but would also be loaded with many amenities to make your weekend more interesting. Some of them include multipurpose hall, party lawn, pergola with seating, home theatre lawns kids play area, viewing deck with dining area

 The all inclusive price of plot starts from Rs.40 lacs onwards, whereas the price of plot with bungalow starts from Rs.70 Lac onwards.

In the near future, Pate Developers is coming up with few more plotting ventures at Agalambe (Near Peacock Bay), Bhilarwadi (Near Katraj) and Shelatane (Near Lonavala).
