PCMC: 1004 New COVID Cases, 913 discharged today

Pimpri, 06 September 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 1004 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 913 people got discharged from hospitals while 03 people died today.

According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 55,234 out of which 46,401 have recovered while 926 have died. 6226 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 922 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 221 have died and 2219 have been cured.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 4,113,811 across the country. Out of this, 3,180,865 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 70,626 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 862,320 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
