PCMC: 1011 New COVID Cases, 12 deaths Today

Pimpri, 02 September 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 1011 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 809 people got discharged from hospitals while 12 people died today.

According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 51,307 out of which 38,196 have recovered while 879 have died. 5509 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 987 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 194 have died and 2020 have been cured.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 3,769,523 across the country. Out of this, 2,901,908 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 66,333 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 801,282 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
