PCMC: 168 New Covid Positive Cases, 205 Discharged Today
Pimpri, 23 October, 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 168 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 205 people got discharged from hospitals while 03 people died today.
According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 86,464 out of which 82,715 have recovered while 1502 have died. 1286 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 239 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 620 have died and 6198 have been cured.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 7,761,312 across the country. Out of this, 69,48,497 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 117,306 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 695,509 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
