PCMC: 193 New Covid Positive Cases, 334 Discharged Today

Pimpri, 20 October, 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 193 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 334 people got discharged from hospitals while 07 people died today.

According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 85,850 out of which 82,118 have recovered while 1492 have died. 1461 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 297 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 614 have died and 6125 have been cured.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 7,597,063 across the country. Out of this, 67,33,328 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 115,197 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 748,538 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
