PCMC: 244 New Covid Positive Cases, 6 Deaths Today

Pimpri, 13 October 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 244 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 520 people got discharged from hospitals while 06 people died today.

According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 84,275 out of which 79,278 have recovered while 1447 have died. 2509 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 424 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 578 have died and 5573 have been cured.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 71,75,880 across the country. Out of this, 62,27,295 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 109,856 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 838,729 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
