Pune City: 486 New Covid Cases, 27 Deaths Today
Pune, October 13, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 998 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 486 new patients were detected while 27 people died today. Today swab samples of 4090 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 155,067 out of which 139,450 have been cured while 3871 have died. There are still 11,746 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 833 critical patients out of which 450 are on ventilator support.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 71,75,880 cross the country. Out of this, 62,27,295 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 109,856 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 838,729 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
