PCMC Appoints Team To Take Action Against Unauthorized Constructions

Pimpri, December 10, 2020: Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has started a campaign to file cases directly against the concerned owners for constructing buildings without permission. An inspection team has been appointed by the Municipal Corporation for this purpose. The team is investigating the unauthorized construction and filing cases against the concerned construction owner.

On Tuesday (Dec 8) the team took action against nine unauthorized construction owners. Two cases at MIDC Bhosari police station, three at Bhosari police station and four at Dighi police station were registered. A case has been registered against Manoj Pandurang Navgire (resident of Khadi Machine Road, Moshi) and Sunil Baban Kudale (resident of Khadi Machine Road, Moshi) at MIDC Bhosari Police Station. A case has been registered against Vitthal Baburao Shinde (age 51), Vijay Chunilal Shah (age 35, resident of Gavhane Vasti, Bhosari) and Ajay Muralidhar Pisal (resident of Gavhane Vasti, Bhosari) at Bhosari police station.

The case registered against the accused at Bhosari MIDC and Bhosari police station carried out construction without a license. The Municipal Corporation issued a notice to them. However, charges were filed against them for not stopping the unauthorized construction.

Four cases have been registered against Waykar Dattatraya Trimbak (resident of Wadmukhwadi), Mukesh Tukaram Deokar (resident of Wadmukhwadi) and two women at Dighi police station. These accused have a property in the red zone. Despite this, they had carried out construction without the permission of the Municipal Corporation. A case has been registered against them for unauthorized construction.
