PCMC: NGOs Allege Scam In Tendering For Cleaning Of Drainages In Pimpri Chinchwad
Pimpri, November 27, 2020: Several NGOs have alleged scam during inviting the tenders while biding for the cleaning of drainages in Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) area and went to the court against the process. Meanwhile, the decision from the court is pending.
There have some 34 various parameters mentioned in the bidding which restricts the entry of NGOs in inviting the tenders for the process. Earlier, also the bidding process had run into controversy after BJP corporator had raised questions. Thus, again the bidding for tenders was invited for three years contract of Rs183 crore.
