With a seating arrangement for about 170 people, the interiors of the restaurant stand true to its name with arched structures all around covered in blooming green plants, creepers and flowers. The beautiful interiors of Pergola are further enhanced with striking wall paintings of flamingos that aesthetically complement the furniture. Every nook and corner of the restaurant has personally been curated by Abhijit Kalbhor, he had a clear vision of how this new restaurant should look. One cannot miss back garden feel and vibe this restaurant has to offer.
With a diverse menu offering cuisines in Continental, Indian and Tandoor, all the food is prepared with fresh vegetables and in ultimate hygiene. Along with a large party hall, Pergola has a well-organized dining room – The Chef’s Table, which is a perfect setup for small celebrations. There is also a well planned herb garden in the backyard of the property. Having been brought up in a farming family and a background in agriculture, Abhijit wanted to keep his family’s tradition by having this kitchen garden for fresh produce of some greens that can be used in their recipes.
Though the interiors and menu could give a very rustic feel, Abhijit has not left any stone unturned in including modern facilities and amenities in his restaurant.
