Pimpri Chinchwad: 17-Year-Old Boy Drowned In Swimming Pool In Chikhali
Pimpri, 17th May 2023: A devastating incident occurred at the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation swimming pool, resulting in the untimely death of a seventeen-year-old boy. The incident took place on Tuesday at approximately 4 pm.
Chikhali police station has registered a case of negligence against the SaiAqua Marine swimming pool and the responsible lifeguard. The deceased has been identified as Rahul Mahantappa Waghmode.
The police report indicates that Rahul had accompanied his friends to the SaiAqua swimming pool for a leisurely swim. Tragically, he lost his life by drowning during the outing. This devastating event occurred on Tuesday at approximately 4 pm.
