Pimpri Chinchwad: Deputy CM Ajit Pawar Inaugurates Online Application For 4,883 Flats To Be Built By PCNTDA

Pimpri Chinchwad, 26 February 2021: The online application process for 4,883 flats of Pimpri Chinchwad New Town Development Authority (PCNTDA) was inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister and Guardian Minister Ajit Pawar at Baramati Hostel today.
Divisional Commissioner Saurabh Rao, Pune Metropolitan Development Authority Commissioner Suhas Divase, District Collector Dr Rajesh Deshmukh, Pune Municipal Commissioner Vikram Kumar, PCNTDA Chief Executive Officer Bansi Gawli were also present on this occasion.
A video informing about the flat project being implemented under PCNTDA was shown. Also, an information booklet on the terms and conditions of sale of residential flats in the housing project at Peth No. 12 in Akurdi under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) was published.
Divisional Commissioner Saurabh Rao gave detailed information about the project meant for people from low income and economically weaker groups.
The housing project includes all kinds of daily civic amenities like roads, electricity, water supply, schools, police outposts, shops, parks, post offices, bus service, dispensaries, etc.
