Pimpri Chinchwad: Drunken Brawl Leads to Car Destruction in Bhosari; Four Suspects in Custody
Bhosari MIDC, 12th March 2025: Pimpri Chinchwad Police have arrested four individuals who damaged multiple cars in broad daylight while under the influence of alcohol. The incident, which occurred on the road leading from KSB Chowk to Nigdi, involved a group of four to five people who vandalized around eight cars following a quarrel with a local food vendor.
According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone 3) Dr. Shivaji Pawar, the arrests were made immediately after the incident, as the police have a zero-tolerance policy towards such lawlessness. The vandalism, which took place in the afternoon, has raised concerns about law and order in the area.
However, the prompt action by the MIDC Bhosari Police Station has been commended for its efficiency in apprehending the culprits. The accused are currently facing legal proceedings, with a case being registered against them at the MIDC Bhosari Police Station.
