PMC To Transfer Land For Parking And Other Facilities At Pune Metro Station In Kalyaninagar

Pune, 30/09/2021: The standing committee of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has approved the transfer of land to Pune Metro for parking and other facilities at Kalyaninagar station.
The metro route from Vanaz (Kothrud) to Ramwadi will pass through Kalyaninagar.
Standing Committee Chairman Hemant Rasne said that the Kalyaninagar-Yerwada town planning (TP) scheme land will be made available for parking space, entry and exit for passengers.
A total of 397.97 square meters of space has been made available. According to the current ready reckoner rate, it was priced at Rs 2 crore 3 lakh. The site has been leased to Mahametro on a 30-year contract at a nominal rent of rupee one.
