PMC’s Heritage Walk on December 10: Immerse Yourself in Pune’s Rich Heritage
Pune, 8th December 2023: The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) is set to unravel the cultural tapestry spanning from Shaniwarwada to Vishrambaugwada through a Heritage Walk scheduled for December 10th (Sunday), starting from Shaniwarwada.
The event promises a guided exploration of 11 historic sites along the route, offering participants insights and information about each location from expert guides.
The Heritage Walk, commencing at 7:00 am at Delhi Darwaza, Shaniwarwada, on December 10th, requires interested citizens to register for free at https://heritagewalk.pmc.gov.in.
This initiative follows the success of the PMC’s inaugural one-week Heritage Walk held from April 30th to May 7th, 2023.
Designed to provide both Pune residents and tourists with an immersive experience of the architectural splendor between Shaniwarwada and Vishrambagwada, the event aims to highlight the historical significance of these iconic structures.
