Pune: PMPML To Organise Pravasi Divas To Hear Complaints And Feedback Of Passengers At Every Depot Twice A Month
Pune 11th July 2023: The newly elected Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) Chairman and Managing Director has instructed the officials to organise ‘Pravasi Divas’ twice a month at every bus depot to hear complaints and feedback from the passengers. The move is aimed to improve the public transport service for passengers in the city.
According to PMPML officials, the ‘Pravasi Divas’ will be organised on every second and fourth Friday of the month between 3 pm and 5 pm. PMPML officials have said that the passengers who fail to reach the respective PMPML depot to lodge their complaints or submit feedback can reach PMPML headquarter at Swargate any day as per their convenience.
PMPML has appealed passengers to reach out to the depot to give feedback to improve the transport service.
