Pradeep Sweets and Ismail Bakery win the ‘Kamani Bakery Challenge’ 2018 in Pune
Pune, 1st November, 2018: AAK Kamani Pvt. Ltd, India’s leading specialty oil and fats manufacturer, organised the 3rdedition of ‘Kamani Bakery Challenge’ (KBC) in Pune which once again saw a tremendous response and participation from some of the top bakeries ofthe city.
This year, Pradeep Sweets won the award in the health category, followed by New Rolax Bakery as the second runner-up and New Modern Bakery was felicitated with the Chef’s Choice award. Ismail Bakery won the award in the innovation category, followed by New Crown Bakery as the second runner-up Perfect Bakery was felicitated with the Chef’s Choice award.

The awards night also saw the presence of some esteemed panel of judges for this season – Chef ParagKandarkar from Hyatt Pune, Chef Alok Singh from Crowne Plaza and Chef Joginder Singh from JW Marriott.
The short-listed products were judged by the jury on the parameters of taste and texture, design and production, health, and innovation.
Winners of Kamani Bakery Challenge – Ahmedabad, Pune and Kolhapur will have a face off in Mumbai in November 2018 at AAK Kamani’s Customer Innovation Centre.
