Pre-Bid Meeting of Metro
Pune, 07th March 2017: A Pre-Bid Meeting pertaining to Tender Notice No. P1C-01/2017 was convened today for Construction of Elevated Metro Rail Viaduct of Length 10.795 Km at Pune Metro office located at Koregaon Park. The meeting commenced at 11 a.m. in the morning and continued till 2.30 p.m.
The Pre-Bid meeting was organised to cater to all queries and difficulty raised by bidders against the tender. There was detailed discussion and explanation on every query of the bidder. The team at Pune Metro made sure to simplify all the technicalities mentioned in the tender. The points put forward by the bidders were answered by the Maha-Metro officials. From Maha-Metro, Shri. Mahesh Kumar, Director (Projects), Shri. Jawahar Salunkhe Sr. DGM (Civil) and Shri. S P Patil were present.
The complete alignment under the scope of this work was also projected to all the bidders. The replies to the queries received in writing shall be replied to on the e-tender portal of Maha-metro.
A total of eight interested bidders attended the said pre-bid meeting. Well-known companies like Afcon Infrastructure Ltd, Reliance Infrastructure Ltd, TATA Projects, NCC Ltd, Simplex Infrastructures Ltd, J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd, Valecha Engineers Ltd, ITP Cementation India Ltd.
Considering the good amount of participation observed in the pre-bid meeting, competitive bids are expected from renowned bidders which shall be submitted up till 30/03/2017.
