Pregnant and nursing women can also get registered on Sugamya portal/app

As per instructions given by the Election Commission of India in the Assembly Election 2018, pregnant and nursing women can now register themselves on the Sugamya app. If registered, pregnant women will get the facility of voting in the polling station without having to stand in queue.

For Q-less voting facility in accessible and inclusive voting, the scheme has been expanded to facilitate pregnant and nursing women while registering in the portal and mobile app.
