Pune, 11th February 2025: The results for the first phase of JEE Mains were declared today, marking an intense moment for many students and their parents. While some are celebrating, others are feeling anxious. This year, approximately 1 lakh additional candidates appeared for the exam, which is expected to push the cutoff slightly higher—around 94 percentile, as projected by past trends. The official cutoff will be announced by NTA after the second phase of JEE Mains in April.

At Prime Academy, Pune, out of 190 students, more than 106 have reported scores that, based on last year’s results, can be considered JEE Mains qualified, according to the latest updates. Among the standout achievements, Soham Sawant secured a perfect 100 percentile in an individual subject, while Satyam Singh achieved an impressive 99.9 percentile. Additionally, 15 students crossed the remarkable 99 percentile mark.

Founder of Prime Academy, Lalit Kumar, expressed his thoughts on the results: “It’s always a great feeling to see students reap the rewards of their hard work. Now, they can shift their focus to JEE Advanced right after their board exams. Those who couldn’t perform well this time shouldn’t feel disheartened but instead aim for the second phase of JEE Mains in April.”

Sharing his excitement, Satyam Singh, who secured 99.9 percentile, expressed his gratitude: “JEE preparation has been a journey of consistency and perseverance. Throughout this path, the support of my teachers at Prime Academy, my parents, and my friends has kept me motivated. Their guidance not only strengthened my concepts but also helped me stay positive. This achievement is the result of collective efforts. However, this is not the final destination—JEE Advanced lies ahead, and I am determined to give my best in the next phase of this journey.”

“A big congratulations to all the students who performed well! Remember, this is just one step in your journey. There is still ample time to prepare for JEE Mains 2nd phase and JEE Advanced. With focused hard work and the right guidance, you can make a significant difference in your performance before the upcoming exams. Instead of feeling anxious, reach out to your mentors, seek their advice, and adopt the best strategy that works for you. Stay positive, stay determined, and success will follow!” said DC Pandey, the renowned author and the Academic Head, Prime Academy.

Prime Academy is organizing a crash course for JEE Advanced and other competitive exams to help students optimize their preparation in the limited time remaining before the exam.
