Pritha lifts women’s title at Late Pappu Haldankar Memorial Pune District Table Tennis Championship 2023

Pune, 10 November 2023: Top seeded Pritha Vartikar registered a 11- 6,11-9 , 11-7,11-5 win over second seeded Swapnali Narle to win the women’s title at the Late Pappu Haldankar Memorial Pune District Table Tennis Championship 2023 under the auspices of Pune District Table Tennis Association played at the Deccan Gymkhana’s Table Tennis Hall

In the Boys under 17 semis third seeded Shouren Soman upset second seeded Pranav Gholkar 11/5,11/8,8/11,12/10 to reach the finals where he will take on top seed Neil Mulye.

The tournament was inaugurated by Mr S. Ramaswamy, Former International Table Tennis Player – India No 3, Mrs. Smita Bodas – Vice President PDTTA, Mr. Deepak Haldankar, Former international table tennis player and organising committee head, Mr Dipesh Abhyankar, Mr Avinash Joshi, and Mr.Ashwin Haldankar were present on the occasion.
