Pune: 12-Year-Old Boy Found Dead Near Annasaheb Magar Stadium In Pimpri, Family Alleges Murder
Pimpri, 15th July 2021: A 12-year-old boy was found dead near Annasaheb Magar Stadium in Pimpri on Thursday (July 15) afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as Sushant Tanaji Sarvade, resident of Vitthal Nagar, Pimpri.
According to police, Sushant had gone near Annasaheb Magar Stadium in Pimpri to play with friends. At around 12.30 pm, he was found hanging. His friends came home and told his mother about the incident.
His relatives then rushed to the spot. Sushant, who was unconscious, was rushed to the YCM hospital. However, doctors declared him dead on arrival.
His parents suspect that someone had killed him. Pimpri police are investigating the case further.
Sushant was living at his uncle’s place in Osmanabad for education. Due to the lockdown, he had come to his parents home in Pimpri in December. He was in 8th grade and lived with his parents, brother and two sisters.
