Pune: 15 Passengers Injured As PMPML Bus Meets With Accident In Bopdev Ghat
Pune, 18th December 2022: A public transport bus of the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) going from Katraj towards Saswad met with an accident near Bopdev Ghat today evening. As the driver lost control, the bus went off the road.
The passengers suffered minor injuries, but a major accident was avoided. On getting the information about this accident, PMPML’s Chief Traffic Manager Dattatraya Zende went to the spot and inspected the bus.
Zende said that the accident occurred when the bus came near Garade village after getting down from Bopdev Ghat. 15 passengers in this bus sustained minor injuries and were immediately taken to a nearby hospital. Another bus was arranged for the rest of the passengers.
