Pune: 21 Mobile Phones Stolen At Holi Party In Hadapsar

Hadapsar, 18th March 2022: A total of 21 mobile phones were stolen who were participating in a Holi party today. The Sunburn Holi Party was held at Amanora Mall. The party was attended by a large number of young men and women.

Mobiles were stolen when the youths were dancing at the party. Complaints of mobile theft were coming to the police till late at night. A case will be registered against thefts, said Arvind Gokule, senior police inspector, in-charge of Hadapsar police station.

The party, held at the mall, was attended by more people than capacity. Due to Corona’s infection, some rules regarding attendance at public events were imposed. Permission was sought from the state excise department for the party. However, for flouting cap on the number of people attending the program and security arrangements, the organizers will also be subject to legal action, police said.
