Pune: 31-Year-Old Woman Sexually Abused By Her Senior Officer In Company
Pune, 2nd March 2022: Taking advantage of his senior position in the company, an officer lured a young woman into a love affair. He repeatedly had physical relations with her on the pretext of divorcing his wife and marrying the complainant.
The accused also defamed the complainant in the company with the help of his partner in this particular crime. Also, he threatened her that if she tries to lodge a complaint against him then there are high chances for her family to suffer an accident.
Based on a complaint from the 31-year-old woman from Ahmedabad, Hadapsar Police station has registered FIR against the 37-year-old accused from Kharadi and his 30-year-old accomplice from Ahmedabad.
The incident took place at Manjari, Kharadi, and various other places from the first week of October 2020 to June 11, 2021.
According to the information given by Police, the main accused was a senior officer of the complainant while she was working for a company in Pune. He took advantage of his position in the company and started increasing the contact with her on the phone and lured her into the love affair. He also said that he would divorce his wife and marry her. The complainant was repeatedly taken to different places for physical relations.
When she inquired about the marriage, the accused defamed her at her residence as well as in the company with the help of his accomplice. Due to the mental torture, the complainant was forced to leave her house in Pune and return to Ahemadabad.
Sub Inspector Gosavi is investigating the case further.
