Pune: 50-Year-Old Man Dies As Reversing Container Hits Him
Chaka, 20th December 2022: A container driver was reversing his truck without looking back when he hit a 50-year-old man who died on the spot. This incident on Sunday (18th) night at the Barque Logistics Container Parking in Kurli.
Dattatray Uttam Dhope (Ganpat Narayan Kale’s son-in-law ), a 30-year-old Kuruli resident, filed a complaint after Ganpat Narayan Kale, a Kuruli resident who was 50 years old, died in the accident. A case was filed against the unidentified driver of the container.

The complainant’s father-in-law, according to the police, had set up a barque at the Logistics Container Parking. The accused began driving the container in his possession in reverse at this point. At this time, Kale, who was standing behind, was hit hard by the container. He suffered severe injuries and passed away immediately.
The container driver ran away without helping Kale. The driver has been charged at the Chakan police station, and the investigation is ongoing.
