Pune: 90 Golfers Participate In Special Diwali Competition At Poona Club Golf Course
Yerwada, 11th November 2021: A special Diwali cup competition was held at Poona Club Golf Course where ninety participants took part in the team event on the occasion of the auspicious festival of Diwali.
Each team consisted of four players and the best three scores were declared. Ikram Khan, Lalit Chinchankar, Gaurav Gadokh and Deepa Dani scored 106 points.
The runners up were Jayant Thorat, Bhakti Thorat, Nitin Lunkad and Sangram Kirloskar. 2nd runners up were Raghav Agarwal, mi keong, Deepak Sood and Anuj Dhody with 97 points.
This is a completely new form of Golf where a team event has taken place. Lalit Chinchankar is the captain of the Golf Club.
