Pune: Action on Rooftop Hotels In Vimannagar, Kalyaninagar

Pune, 6th November 2022: The anti-encroachment department of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has taken action against a hotels in Vimannagar and one terrace hotel in Kalyaninagar.

The action was taken on the shed, construction, mandap, and table chairs on the terrace of both hotels. Vimannagar, Kalyaninagar area has a large number of unauthorized hotels on the terrace area.

The building construction department has issued notices to 10 terrace hotels in the Vimannagar area and nine terrace hotels in the Kalyani Nagar area. Actions are being taken against terrace hotels everywhere in the city. The anti-encroachment action was taken on 3000 square feet of Bug & Bar Top Hotel above Irani Hotel in the Vimannagar area.

After this, the Rasta Hotel shed on the terrace in Kalyaninagar and other structures were demolished.
