Pune: Adv Kishore Shinde’s Petition Regarding Chandrakant Patil’s Victory In Kothrud Dismissed By Supreme Court 

Pune, 26th September 2022: Chandrakant Patil’s victory in Kothrud in the 2019 assembly elections has also been sealed by the Supreme Court. The then-candidate of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) and former corporator Adv Kishore Shinde’s petition has been dismissed.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Chandrakant Patil won in the 2019 Assembly Election. However, Adv Kishore Shinde had questioned the election result. 

Reportedly, the Court has confirmed the victory of Chandrakant Patil by rejecting Shinde’s petition.
