Pune: After Seven Years, Incident Of Rape Of School Girl Has Come To Light
Pune, 22nd August 2022: Seven years ago, a school girl was sexually assaulted by an acquaintance. A woman social worker who went to the school for counselling inquired about the girl concerned. Then she informed about what happened seven years ago when she was in class 3. After that, the Pune police registered a case of rape against the accused.
The 15-year-old victim girl is studying in class 10 in a school. A counselling class was organized to educate school girls about good and bad touches. At that time, the girl presented her grief to the women activist who came for counselling.
Reportedly, when the victim girl was in class 3, the accused called her home whom she did not know much about. She informed in the inquiry that he had committed indecent acts with her. After that, the workers of Muskan Sansthan gave her courage.
The victim girl recently filed a complaint in Uttam Nagar police station. After that, a case has been registered against a youth and Assistant Police Inspector Lugde is investigating.
Senior Police Inspector of Uttam Nagar Police Station Sunil Jaitapurkar based on preliminary information said that the suspected accused of abusing the girl was also minor at that time.
