Pune Airport Introduces Advanced Baggage Screening Machines for Faster Check-Ins
Viman Nagar, 9th December 2024: Pune Airport has taken a significant step toward improving passenger convenience by installing two advanced baggage screening machines. The new technology is expected to streamline the security check process, which has often been a source of inconvenience for travelers.
Air travel requires rigorous security protocols, but long queues and extended wait times for baggage inspections have frequently caused frustration among passengers, forcing many to arrive at the airport hours in advance.
The newly installed machines at Pune Airport can scan between 1,100 and 1,200 bags per hour, significantly speeding up the process and reducing queue times. This efficiency upgrade is expected to provide considerable relief to passengers, ensuring a smoother and faster travel experience.
