Pune Airport Tops AAI-Run Airports in Global Passenger Satisfaction Rankings
Pune, 29th October 2025: Pune Airport has emerged as the top-performing Airports Authority of India (AAI)-operated airport in the prestigious Airports Council International – Airport Service Quality (ACI–ASQ) global rankings for 2025, reflecting a steady rise in passenger satisfaction and service quality.
According to the ACI–ASQ survey results, Pune Airport achieved a rating of 4.92 out of 5 in the first quarter of 2025, which further improved to 4.94 in the second quarter and 4.96 in the third quarter. During the same period, the airport’s global ranking advanced from 59 to 56, showcasing a consistent upward trend in service excellence.
Officials attributed this success to the airport’s sustained focus on enhancing passenger comfort, operational efficiency, and overall travel experience. The continuous improvement in the ACI–ASQ scores underscores Pune Airport’s growing stature among India’s leading airports and its alignment with global standards.
