Pune: Alimony Granted To Daughter Of Retired Judge
Pune, 5th March 2023: The married daughter of a retired judge got caught up in a family dispute. Her husband filed for divorce in the family court. The court accepted the alimony claim filed in this case and granted interim alimony of Rs 15,000 per month to the daughter of the retired judge.
In this case, the daughter of the retired judge applied to the family court through her lawyer. The alimony application filed by her was heard. The family court accepted the argument and granted her interim maintenance of Rs 15,000 per month.
The lawyer informed that the retired judge’s daughter had to face a family dispute.
