Pune: Angry Husband Sets Vehicles On Fire When Wife Asks For Divorce
Pune, 14th March 2023: A shocking incident has taken place in Pune where a man set vehicles on fire after his wife filed a police complaint for divorce. The incident happened in the Kondhwa area.
The name of the person is Terence Dominic John. According to the information given by the police, the incident took place at 5 am on Monday (13th March). Accused Terence and his wife were married for six years. Since the accused was not doing any job after the marriage, the wife filed an application for divorce against him.
Even though he told her several times not to divorce him, his wife filed the application. Angered by the divorce application, he decides to burn his wife’s bike. At this time, he poured gasoline on a four-wheeler and rickshaw in the parking along with other two-wheelers in the parking lot, and set them on fire.
Police have taken Terence into custody and further investigation is underway.
