Pune: Arunkumar Achalkar passes away
Pune, 28th November 2022: Arunkumar Mukundrao Achalkar passed away on November 27 due to old-age. Arunkumar was 85 years old. He is survived by his wife Hema Achalkar, two sons, daughter-in-laws and grandchildren. He was the father of well-known architect Vikas Achalkar.
Arunkumar worked with the erstwhile Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB), where he joined as a junior engineer. He moved up the ranks and retired as the Chief Engineer, Nashik Circle when he was 58-years-old.
Arunkumar did his schooling and college from Dharwad and Hubli in Karnataka.
