Pune: Attempt to Seize Late Shiv Sangram President’s Flat In Viman Nagar, FIR Registered Against Sister And Nephew

Viman Nagar, 17th December 2023: In a startling revelation, an attempt to take possession of the late president of Shiv Sangram organization, Vinayak Mete’s flat in the Viman Nagar area has surfaced.

 

Mete’s son, Ashutosh Vinayak Mete, has lodged a formal complaint at the Vimantal police station, leading to the registration of a case against Mete’s sister, Satyasheela Mahadev Jadhav, and her son Akash.

 

The 20-year-old resident of Koregaon Park, Ashutosh Vinayak Mete, filed the complaint alleging an unlawful attempt to seize the flat, which was originally owned by Mete’s wife. According to the details provided in the complaint, Jadhav is accused of attempting to gain illegal possession by forcefully breaking the lock of the flat.

 

Vinayak Mete tragically lost his life in an accident on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Before his demise, Mete had purchased a flat in Gangapuram society in the Viman Nagar. The dispute arises as Jadhav claims that Mete had gifted the flat to her and her son Akash.

 

The Vimantal police have initiated an investigation into the matter based on the filed complaint.
