Pune: BBA Student Found Dead At Hostel, Suicide Suspected
Pune 11th Oct 2023: In a tragic incident reported in Ambegaon Pathar area on Tuesday, a 19-year-old student studying in the first year of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in a city college was found dead inside a hostel room. The deceased student identified as Vinit Maru is a resident of Thane district.
According to the officials, Vinit’s friend and security guard of the hostel found him unconscious inside the hostel room and he was rushed to the hospital where doctors declared him dead. The police have not recovered any suicide note from the spot but the primary investigation points to the case of suicide.
The police officials from Bharti Vidyapeeth Police Station were rushed to the spot and the dead body was handed over to the deceased’s parents after postmortem. The police have launched an investigation in the matter.
