Pune Boy Arhant Joshi Bags 1 Gold And 1 Bronze at India Roller Games in Mohali

Pune, 29th April 2022: Arhant Joshi from Pune has won one gold in the score based event classic slalom and one bronze in time trial based speed slalom in the Inline Freestyle Skating category at the India Roller Games championship held in Mohali, Punjab. This was the first open competition held by the Roller Skating Federation of India.

 

He has been practising and competing in freestyle skating professionally for 10+ years now and has become a local inspiration to many of the athletes and especially for players of sports who lack recognition compared to the mainstream sports. With thorough practice and determination, Arhant has outperformed many to win this accomplishment.

 

Meanwhile, he has also attempted trials for the Games which will be held in Argentina, if selected he will be representing India on an international level for Roller Skating.

 

He advised not only the youth but also every single individual who wants to practice and dedicate their life to things they enjoy doing and should be pursuing what they are passionate about .

 

“It doesn’t matter what sport it may be or how much recognition one may get through it, one must always have the dedication and willpower to achieve what they want,” he added.
