Pune: Branded Clothes Worth Rs 4 Lakh Stolen From Peter England Store In Kharadi, Case Registered
Kharadi, 28th December 2023: In a daring overnight heist, thieves targeted a renowned clothing store in the Kharadi area, making off with clothes and cash amounting to Rs 4,64,198.
The manager of Peter England Clothing Store on Kharadi Bypass, reported the incident to Chandannagar Police Station, Pune city police. According to the complaint, the thieves broke into the store’s cloakroom during the night. The incident took place between 3 am to 5 am on 25th December.
The stolen items include cash amounting to Rs 41,187 and various clothing items, including shirts and pants. The cumulative value of the stolen goods has been estimated at Rs 4,64,198. Assistant Police Inspector Mane is leading the investigation into the incident.
