Moshi, 19th December 2023: Following court directives, Pimpri Chinchwad police have registered a case against three partners of Tulip Properties on charges of deceiving 282 flat owners from Swapnalok Society in the Moshi area.

Ishwar Bhagwan Raskar, the chairman of Swapnalok Society in Laxmi Nagar, Moshi, Pimpri Chinchwad, revealed that Tulip Properties failed to deliver several promised amenities outlined in their manual. Raskar asserted that the builder issued parking tax receipts while denying parking spaces to flat owners.

Additionally, Raskar claimed that the builder did not provide an account of development charges, failed to establish the society, and neglected to settle common light and water bills before society formation, thereby deceiving flat owners. Following unsuccessful negotiations between flat owners and the builders, they sought legal recourse.

In compliance with the court’s orders, Bhosari MIDC police have filed a case against Tulip Properties and its partners, namely Akram Zahil Ulla Chaudhari, Bharat Lalaram Chaudhari, and Babulal Poonaram Chaudhari, under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
