Pune: Builder Threatens To Kill Cement Supplier; Supplier Registered Private Case In Court
Pune, 25th October 2022: A builder threatened to kill a cement supplier with a gun. A case was registered against the builders by the order of the court.
A case has been registered against Pandharinath Subhash Mhaske, and Santosh Subhash Mhaske of Nirvana Developers, both residents of Narhe, Sinhagad Road. Prakash Shivnarayan Bhutada (42), a resident of Senapati Bapat Road has filed a complaint at Chaturshringi Police Station.
Bhutada supplied cement to Nirvana developers. Mhaske did not pay Rs 36,47,000 to them after supplying cement. So, Bhutada went to the office of Mhaske’s construction company and asked for his money.
Mhaske then threatened Bhutada with a pistol to kill him. Bhutada had filed a private complaint in court. The court took cognizance of Bhutada’s complaint and ordered Chaturshringi police to register a case and investigate. Assistant Police Inspectors are investigating the case further.
