Pune: Burglars Strike Jewellery Shop in Manjari, Gold, Silver Ornaments and Cash Stolen

Hadapsar, 13th July 2026: Burglars broke into a jewellery shop in Pune’s Manjari Budruk area and decamped with gold and silver ornaments along with cash, police said.
The burglary took place on the night of July 12 at Aradhya Jewellers, located at Mhasoba Vasti on Mundhwa Road under the jurisdiction of Manjari Police Station in Haveli taluka.
According to the shop owner, the accused broke open the shop, gained entry and stole gold and silver jewellery as well as an undisclosed amount of cash.
Senior police officials, along with Police Sub-Inspector Hanumant Tarte and the investigation team, visited the crime scene and carried out a spot inspection. A forensic team and the dog squad were also called in to assist with the investigation.
Police said they are recording the complainant’s detailed statement, following which a case will be formally registered. Further investigation is underway.
