Pune: Case Registered Against Qora Cocktail Bar and Kitchen Once Again
Koregaon Park, 6th December 2022: The Social Security Cell of Pune city police has registered a case against a restaurant for causing noise pollution even after 10 pm in violation of the court order.
The action was taken against the same hotel earlier too. However, it has been revealed that they have violated the rule again.
The action was taken against Qora Cocktail Bar and Kitchen for creating a nuisance by playing loud music in the Koregaon Park area. Pune city police registered a case and confiscated the sound system and DJ mixer.
Qora Cocktail Bar and Kitchen was also spotted in the past creating a nuisance by playing loud music at the hotel. A case was registered against the restaurant for violating the provisions of the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Act under the Environment Protection Act, 1986.
