Pune City : 169 New Covid Cases , 392 Discharged Today

Pune,  November 7, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 392 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 169 new patients were detected while 10 people died today. Today swab samples of 2469 were collected for COVID tests.

According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 163,057 out of which 153,531 have been cured while 4331 have died. There are still 5195 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 399 critical patients out of which 259 are on ventilator support.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 84,62,080 across the country. Out of this, 78,19,886  have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 125,562 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 516,632 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
