Pune City : 241 New Covid Cases , 298 Discharged Today

Pune,  November 6, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 298 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 241 new patients were detected while 12 people died today. Today swab samples of 2019 were collected for COVID tests.

According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 162,888 out of which 153,139 have been cured while 4321 have died. There are still 5428 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 365 critical patients out of which 230 are on ventilator support.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 84,11,724 across the country. Out of this, 77,65,966 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 124,985 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 520773 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
