Pune City : 292 New Covid Cases , 454 Discharged Today
Pune, October 25, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 454 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 292 new patients were detected while 17 people died today. Today swab samples of 2516 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 159,698 out of which 148,870 have been cured while 4122 have died. There are still 6706 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 668 critical patients out of which 363 are on ventilator support.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 7,864,811 across the country. Out of this, 70,78,123 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 118,534 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 668,154 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
